    New and remanufactured internal engine parts, complete cylinder heads and long block assemblies for agricultural and industrial applications supplied by RPP are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service and operating conditions for a period of one year from the date of installation without limitation on miles or hours of operation.

    Engine overhaul kits for heavy-duty on-highway applications supplied by RPP are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service and operating conditions for a period of two years from the date of installation without limitation on miles or hours of operation.

    Remanufactured clutch and non-engine parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service and operating conditions for a period of six months from the date of installation without limitation on miles or hours of operation.

IPD, the industry leader in quality aftermarket products for Caterpillarà diesel and natural gas engines, is pleased to announce the release of its new one piece steel pistons for the Caterpillarà 3500 engines. This new product features new design enhancements for the 3500 steel piston made possible by IPDs patent pending one piece oil gallery retention plate. In order to prevent the piston from experiencing extreme thermal loading as seen in other products in the market place, this innovative one piece design limits plate movement and secures the oil gallery retention plate firmly in-place.

Additionally, these new pistons will utilize IPDs patent pending technology for manufacturing one piece steel pistons from a high strength alloy and heat treated steel casting. This process was introduced into their product line in 2003 and has been successfully and extensively tested. This is one of the many scheduled releases of the IPDSteel piston line for Caterpillarà as well as for other additional engine lines.
