Details:
We completely tear-down and inspect all components for every engine we rebuild. We replace or recondition components to original factory specifications. In most cases, each engine receives all new parts including cylinder heads, bearings, pistons, rings, liners, rods, oil pump, injectors, and pumps. All of our engines are tested on a dynamometer to ensure they meet optimal horse power and torque specifications.
Each engine is finished in gray primer and ready to be painted. We ship each engine palletized and preservation wrapped so that it arrives to you safely.
This engine carries a 1 year / 2,000 Hour Warranty for Off Highway Engines. For Stump Grinders & Concrete Saws 6 months
This reman Deutz engine includes:
Rebored crankcase with new cylinder liners
New or reground crankshaft
Rebuilt cylinder head
New bearings & bushings
New pistons & rings
New or rebuilt rods
New oil pump
New water pump
New fuel system
New injection pump
New or rebuilt controller
New oil cooler
New sensors
New turbochargers (if applicable)
New injector tips or injectors
Please be aware that this engine does not include the flywheel, flywheel housing, intake and exhaust manifolds (only included with turbocharged models), electrical components (starter, alternator, sensors, wiring harness), mounting feet or mounting brackets, air cleaner, hydraulic pumps or hydraulic drive assemblies. If you need any of these items they are available separately.
Core return deductions include:
If engine block crankcase is bad you will have $1000 deducted from the core credit
If the cylinder head is bad you will have $1000 deducted from the core credit
If the crankshaft is bad you will have $600 deducted from the core credit
If the oil cooler, camshaft, blower housing, coolant cooler or charge air cooler is bad the cost varies upon return and by model.
