    Every Reviva engine is machined using state-of-the-art equipment and assembled using precise and repeatable methods. Top end components including the fuel system, turbocharger and EGR system are fully remanufactured and tested. Reviva follows documented lean manufacturing processes and principles to guarantee every step in the process is value added and creates overall quality in the product being built. All Drop-In engines are dyno tested on electronically controlled dynamometers to check performance and field readiness. Finally, all Reviva products are backed with warranties specifically designed to give customers peace of mind today and in the future. Engines must be registered within 30 days of shipment from Reviva to activate warranty coverage.

    On-Road Complete Drop-In configurations: 2yr/unlimited mileage.*

    Long Block configurations: 1 year/unlimited mileage.

    Off-Road Complete Drop-In configurations: 1yr/2,000 hours

    *Coverage for 2nd year engines includes crankshaft, camshaft, block, head(s), rods, & pistons. Maximum limits for labor reimbursements are as follows: $1000.00 for engines in Agricultural, Industrial, Stationary applications and/or Class A motor homes. Parts will be reimbursed at cost.

This remanufactured engine includes: Block, Camshaft, Timing Gears, Lifters, Piston Cooling Tubes, Valve Train, Oil Pan & Pickup Tube, Oil Cooler, Rear Cover - Ford, Valve Covers, Crankshaft, Pistons and Rings, Connecting Rods, Main/Rod Bearings, Cam Bearings, Cylinder Heads with Valves, Oil Pump, Front Cover, Water Pump, Injectors, Glow Plugs, High Pressure Oil Rails, Crankshaft Position Sensor, Engine Oil Pressure Sensor, EOT Engine Oil Temperature Sensor, ICP Injection Control Pressure Sensor, Vibration Damper, High Pressure Oil Pump, Injection Pressure Regulator Valve, Camshaft Position Sensor, EGR Cooler must be tested and/or replaced to activate warranty.

All of our remanufactured complete engines are 100% dyno tested prior to shipment. Computer controls ensure that each engine dyno test is conducted under standard, repeatable settings. Every engine is run through a warm up cycle; three separate cruise segments simulating light, medium and heavy throttle conditions; maximum torque and horsepower tests; both high and low idle tests; and a black light leak detection test with dyed oil, coolant and fuel.
